Pick ”Properties” and then click on ”Compatibility” Under the point Compatibility a check mark has to be set in ”Run this program in compatibility mode for:”, pick Windows Vista. Press "Apply" and "OK" Start the driver package again and your problem should be solved. Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows related errors.

There is not many dedicated Windows 7 drivers out there and you therefore have to use Windows Vista drivers instead which works in most cases, but driver packages with executable installations is often a source of problems for Windows 7 users, because Windows 7 wont recognize the installer as a Windows 7 installer.
