Deactivate UAC in Windows 7User Account Control has been altered in Windows 7, to make UAC less annoying. In Windows 7 the UAC has a slidebar that gives users the possibility to configure and pick a certain level of security. Disabling the UAC is pretty much the same in Windows 7 as it was in Windows Vista except for some GUI changes.

1. Go to the menu Start -> Controlpanel -> User Account and Family Security -> User Control.
2. Go to Start -> Controlpanel -> System and Secutiry -> Action Center.
3. Click or right click the flag icon in the message aera and open Action Center.
4. Write 'MSConfig' in run (Windows button + r) to start System Configuration and go to functions and pick change UAC settings and click on the Start button.

B. Click on the User Account Control settings link.

C. Push the pointer to the lowest possible value.

D. Click on OK to make the change stick.
E.  Restart the computer to turn User Account Control off.
