User Account Control has been altered in Windows 7, to make UAC less annoying. In Windows 7 the UAC has a slidebar that gives users the possibility to configure and pick a certain level of security. 1. Go to the menu Start -> Controlpanel -> User Account and Family Security -> User Control.
2. Go to Start -> Controlpanel -> System and Secutiry -> Action Center.
3. Click or right click the flag icon in the message aera and open Action Center.
4. Write 'MSConfig' in run (Windows button + r) to start System Configuration and go to functions and pick change UAC settings and click on the Start button.
