When you do it the first time, all other open windows will be minimized. Repeat the action, and the minimized windows will now be brought back to their original.

Aero Shake is designed as a supplement to Aero Peek, although it is working a bit different. In this case focused on the chosen window, and other windows being minimized. That means that they disappear completely and you wont see a 'Ghost window' like you do with Aero Peek.
