 Windows 7 comes with a burning tool, that's able to burn ISO or IMG image files to cd or dvd discs. And here is the best part of it, its really easy to use as it is intergraded into the Explorer kernel.
| Put an empty unused cd or dvd disc in your cd or dvd drive. If you don't use an empty disc, it will automatically be pushed out before burning begin.

| Find the ISO or IMG file, that you want to burn to the disc. Right click on the ISO or IMG file and choose burn disc image, or alternatively just double click on the file.

| A 'Burn Disc Image' dialog will open
|
| Choose the CD / DVD Burner you want to use in the drop down list over Disc burners, if you have multiple of those.
|  | If you wish to controle, that the process is done correctly , you have to control and mark the 'Control the disc after burning process'
|  | Click on the Burn-button to begin the process of making the CD / DVD from the image file.
|
| When the burning process is done, click on the Close button.
