Open Command Prompt in any folderIn Windows 7 it has become easier than ever before to tab into Command Prompt if needed, it can be done from any folder or the desktop if wanted.

To open a command prompt just press and hold down the shift button and select the "Open Command Prompt here" tab.

In Windows XP this was also possible, but you had to install a third party program for this to function, now it is possible to open command prompt from any Window where ever and whenever you like.
